Our Red Pearl brand caviar is carefully selected, with the help of technology and professional know-how,
by our experienced and proactive staff. All caviar comes from wild-caught Alaskan salmon, there it passes first quality inspection
and then again in our own plant located in Bellevue, Washington. Production process is closely supervised by our trained and experienced managers
in order to insure that the final product answers the highest quality standard. Factory facility is operated under HACCP, GMP and SSOP requirements
and is inspected by the US FDA, State Department of Agriculture regulators and local health inspectors. The caviar is certified as kosher by the Orthodox Union of America.
Our employees on the factory floor are well skilled and dedicated to the fine craft of handling such delicate product as red salmon caviar. We market the caviar under our own registered brand name “Red Pearl”. This brand represents traditional Russian recipes made with high-quality American roe; it is a combination of good quality and excellent flavor, yet available at a very affordable price.
